Great house, great location

Stayed here with a group of friends (aged 20-30) June 2011. Place was very nice, lake was great for swimming, fishing (caught large mouth and perch right off the dock on the property), and kayaking (they have 2 kayaks for the renters to use in the basement), There were motorboats and jet skis, peddle boats on the lake that you could walk to the docks like 500ft from the house and rent. Also wakeboarding/water ski lessons done there too. Nice area, had fun times at the water front bars. The property owners were very nice, and always responded quickly. If you bring kids, be careful as there is a street between the house and the water, cars/golf carts driving by were seldom and mostly slow moving though, so not the biggest deal in the world. but overall the views were amazing, and the house was in great shape, and very clean. Also not shown, is a real nice fire pit down by the water. and the living room/dining room is actually much bigger then the pics show, plenty of room. Hot tub was nice too, fits 6 people. Lots of wildlife in the area, we were feeding deer, ducks, chipmunks all week. We will be going back there next year.
