Just a short walk from Baker Street Station you will find this cosy modern apartment. A perfect place from which to explore London's West End and visit all the sights and attractions.
This quiet street has no through traffic so you won't be disturbed at night, yet you have all of London on your doorstep. Madame Tussaud's and the Sherlock Holmes museum are just around the corner. Marble Arch and the famous shops on Oxford Street are just a 15 minute walk through the streets of the West End. Catch a bus or tube from Baker Street Station and before you know it you will be admiring Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Take a stroll along the South Bank and visit the London Eye. The British Museum, the National Gallery on Trafalgar Square and Tate Modern are all within half an hour’s travel.
This is authentic London so try traditional London grub, get Fish and Chips at the Seashell or enjoy Sunday lunch at The Chapel, my favourite local pub with a fine selection of beers and a gourmet menu. All of these are just a few minutes away. A little further along explore the intriguing metropolis London has become. Edgware Road, with it's delicious Middle Eastern restaurants. Crawford Street has splendid Thai and Indian curry houses. Baker Street has many restaurants, from Pizza and Pasta to Mexican and Japanese.
Rustle up a quick breakfast or dinner in the kitchen, fully equipped with gas hob, microwave combination oven and a fridge freezer. Both Tesco and Marks & Spencer supermarkets are less than 5 minutes away and they are open late, so grocery shopping is quick and easy. Eating in can be fun too and helps balance the budget! Don't want to cook? Just order a takeaway for delivery within the hour.
There is free unlimited WiFi so you can connect your phone or computer to the internet, or use the classic iMac which is in the living room. Check the latest bargains or current exhibitions London has to offer or connect with the folks back home. Once you have seen the major sights, why not take time to explore the area and find your own London. Stroll down Marylebone High Street with its wonderful shops or visit the fascinating Wallace Collection on Manchester Square.
Check out some television on the 32' flat screen TV or watch a movie on the Blu-Ray player, which also has Netflix, YouTube and the BBC iPlayer. There is a collection of DVD's and Blu-Rays including some classic Sherlock Holmes movies. Or relax with a good book.
If you have an iPhone or iPad I recommend the City Mapper app for getting around London and the Table Pouncer app for finding a table at a restaurant with a huge discount!
Constant hot running water is available for a long bath to relax or a refreshing shower: the choice is yours. Fluffy towels give you that luxurious feel. If you are staying a bit longer, feel free to use the efficient Hotpoint washer dryer. The 30 degree time saving wash gets things done in just over an hour. Clothes airer, Ironing board and Iron are provided as well as a hair-dryer. There is also a first aid kit in the kitchen for those little emergencies.

This was my first flat when I was working as an editor in the West End, I bought it because I didn't like the idea of commuting in every day and I'm so glad I did.
The area is lovely with easy access to the West End but with the tranquillity of Regents Park and so many great shops and restaurants.

The apartment is close to the bustling heart of London but in a quiet street with no traffic. Ideally located for travelling by underground from Baker Street, train from Marylebone and even by air from Heathrow which is only half an hour away on the Heathrow Express from Paddington.
Location, Location, Location! This flat is so centrally located but in a quiet street within easy walking distance of Regents Park, Baker Street, St Johns Wood and Edgware Road. Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus and London's Theatreland are just a few minutes away by bus or tube as are all of the tourist attractions like Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, the Houses of Parliament and the London a Eye on the South Bank.
This apartment was wonderful as was Neil the owner, he met us upon arrival at the apartment for our 4 day stay and helped us with our suitcases up the stairs. I was travelling with my 19 year old daughter and 75 year old father. My daughter and I shared the double bed in the bedroom and dad slept on the fold out sofa bed. There was plenty of nice bedding and the apartment was even equipped with basics like shampoo and washing up liquid etc. Neil was also nice enough to start us off with a loaf of bread, some milk, jam, marmalade and a welcome bottle of Prosecco - totally unexpected but lovely. The apartment is only about 150 metres from Marylebone station and maybe twice as far from Baker Street station so we could get to anywhere in London very easily, quickly and cheaply. The apartment was clean and had WiFi and an Apple Mac PC.... Couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend it. We'll be back next time we visit London.
Neil was friendly and helpful when he greeted us at the apartment. The apartment itself is a good size and well appointed. We really appreciated the small touches like the Oyster cards topped up and ready to go, plus the milk, bread, coffee etc in the kitchen, and toiletries in the bathroom. Netflix was great too. These haven't been matched in other apartments we've stayed in since.
Location is good, with two Tube stations nearby plus a railway station. Pubs, supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants are all in easy walking distance too. Street is quiet. Happy to recommend it to others.
My niece and I really enjoyed our stay at Neil's charming and cosy flat. The flat was just as cute as it looked in the pictures. The decor is quite charming.
Neil was a very kind and helpful host. He answered all my questions I sent via email before the trip and he gave us some good sightseeing and touring tips when we met him at the flat upon check in. Neil also thoughtfully provided a few groceries for us at the flat (tea, bread, butter, water, milk, jam, biscuits & sparkling wine). He told us we could call him with any issues and concerns. He also booked a taxi for us when we were checking out.
Being in such a lovely flat for our London visit compares very favorably with staying in a hotel. Of course the flat offers you more space, in addition to privacy, free internet, kitchen facilities, and a feeling of being more of a temporary London resident versus just a traveler in a hotel room. The flat was very clean and the location was convenient to two tube / bus stations. It was very easy getting to all the tourist sites from the flat.
I would definitely recommend Neil's flat to my friends and relatives or to any traveler.
We did not end up using the washing machine, but it was good to know that we had the option if we needed it.

Everything was as described. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed to be "Londoners" for a week. The location can't be beat. Close to two tube stations and Regents Park - which is stunning, even in winter. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. The new pub right down the street ~ John Balcombe is very nice and convenient. Neil was extremely helpful and flexible with date changes and arrival/departure times. It felt like home.
Neil is the perfect host. The apartment contained everything we needed, and the early check-in was very useful.
Very recommended. Don't hesitate to hire it even if you're new to London, as it is well located and very well equipped.

Neil was lovely to work with. I have stayed at my share of homeaway listings and really think Neil goes above and beyond in providing a guide to the area and the apartment, providing breakfast goods - bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea, milk and stocking the apartment with everything you could need and more including nice bathroom toiletries. I stayed at Neil's flat for 3 nights with my retired parents. The set-up of the flat was great in allowing my parents the bedroom and I slept on the convertible couch that was very comfortable in the living room. I also felt that I had my privacy in the living room/kitchen because there was a door. The bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchen are joined by a common hall space. I loved Neil's kitchen and very much enjoyed cooking in it.
I highly recommend Neil's flat and would most definitely stay there again if my travels bring me to London. Thank you, Neil!!
We stayed a week in the apartment. It was perfect for our family, two adults and one kid. The location is very good, close to Baker Street and the Underground, but in a very quiet Street. It was also very close to Regent's Park and The Zoo ( I recommend a visit there, a really good Zoo). Nice pubs nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.
