Enjoy the tranquil setting of this preferred North Englewood location. Natural vegetation surrounds the lush landscaping and mature trees on 1.9 acres. This custom built 3 BR/3 Bath home has numerous upgrades, including a luxury kitchen with glass cooktop, convection oven and microwave, dishwasher, a breakfast bar, and a large eat-in area overlooking the pool. Three sets of pocket sliders open up the whole house to the pool area with large heated pool, a spa/hot-tub surrounded by tropical plantings and red terracotta tiled patios with lots of extra space for sunning and entertaining. The master suite has a walk-in closet, a full bathroom with walk-in shower and an extra vanity. The Florida room and the kitchen have soaring vaulted ceiling with high celestory windows, and you will find a double sided gas fireplace that divides the living room from the Florida room. The dining room will seat eight in comfort. Two other bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with two single beds.

See an Eagles nest, or take a walking tour with a naturalist. *Florida's largest State Park, Myakka, just 45 minutes away. See native birds and alligators. *Orlando attractions are 2.5 hours away.     Hurricane Policy. (Englewood has not been hit by a hurricane in living memory)
    If there is a Hurricane Warning from the National Hurricane Center in effect during your stay or planned stay:
    A.) If prior to your arrival there is damage including power outages in the immediate area that will effect the enjoyment of your stay, you may postpone your arrival, or cancel your booking and receive a full refund.
    B.) If you are staying at the property, you will not be charged for the period that the Hurricane Warning is in effect. If there is damage to the area or the property that will effect the enjoyment of your stay, you may cancel the balance of your stay and receive a refund for the unused nights.

Set in 2 acres of woods.: This is the most peaceful place, and yet you are a few minutes drive to shops in Venice or in Englewood, and fine beaches, restaurants and golf are all close by. Catch up on your favorite movies, there are TV's with DVD & VCR's in the Florida room, Master bedroom and one other bedroom. Try the Karaoke Machine, perfect your darts aim or your pool or billiards skills. You can do it all or nothing at all in this tropical paradise. It is just like staying in your very own resort. We have equipped the house as our own. Pool and landscape service are all included.

Golf:: Whether you're an expert or a beginner, Florida is a golfer's dream and draws more golfers than any other state. The Charlotte County area alone offers 21 golf courses and many more within an hour's drive. The courses range from public to semi-private to exclusive private country clubs. Golfers have ample courses where they can experience typical Florida play. Naturally, the most common elements on Florida courses are water and sand. Challenging elements include the island green and prevailing coastal winds. But take heart, deep rough is uncommon

Amazing. Great place, great food Great people. The trip was made very easy & the welcome very warm. Not only was the house luxurious alot of effort had be made to assure we had a great holiday & that we new what to do & where to eat I would recomend this to anyone & hope to return as soon as possible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during the month of March at this beautiful house on Bayshore Drive. It had all the comforts of home and was well stocked with everything you might need while on vacation. We especially enjoyed the privacy of the location.
The caretakers, John and his wife were most helpful in answering any questions we had and the maintenance of the lovely pool. House was immaculate and the pool and surrounding yard were well tended. We look forward to being able to return again in the future.

What a great time we had.location was impressive, private, beautiful.one person wanted to take home the mattress,I'll take the weather!Missed 2 snowstorms and much 10 degree weather- isnt that great?The notebook had much good info-resturants,beaches,etc.maggie & john were not only extremely helpful but personable too.Best thing?floating in the pool! WHAT A GREAT WAY TO SPEND FEB. thanks for EVERYTHING. Carol

This house is the most wonderful place, with everything you could possibly want. You won't need to bring anything but swimming trunks and food - everything else is here. You will not want to leave... Take our word for it - we postponed our flight home!
