The house is approximately 4,000 square feet, contemporary, attractively furnished, with numerous french doors and a lot of light. wireless/fax. Master bedroom has 13' cathedral beamed ceiling, exposed beams, with adjacent,private master suite. Suite includes double baths, a sitting room with fireplace, and a deck with sweeping views of the water. The middle level includes two fireplaces: a living room with fireplace, large studio with 12'beamed high ceiling with fireplace (35'x 22') and informal dining. 10' ceilings. There is a top-of-the-line all-appliance kitchen with skylights, plus a formal dining room that seats 10 which opens by french doors onto a very large redwood deck with hot tub.
The deck wraps around to the front of the house with a view of the water. The living room, which also opens out onto the deck through french doors, includes a fireplace & baby grand piano.

Located 15 minutes north of San Francisco over the Golden Gate Bridge- theatre, opera, symphony, Giant's/49ers games, beaching, touring... Also about one hour south of the wine country (Napa and Sonoma). Recreation includes swimming, boating, biking, horseback riding, tennis, golf (many good public courses). Tiburon offers a small town at the end of a peninsula with water views and a lot of open space. There is a two mile bike path against a backdrop of sailboats and San Francisco views. Lots of families biking, walking, and running.
