Located just a short drive from historic and beautiful Charleston South Carolina, Seabrook Island is one of the South's best kept secrets. Seabrook Island is the perfect place to vacation. The Island offers golf, tennis, trail rides on the beach, swimming off white sand beaches in a natural setting that includes blue herons, pelicans, osprey, white tailed deer, bobcats, foxes, dolphins and there is a wildlife sanctuary located just south of the island. The Villa is light and airy, has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a dining/sitting area. The balcony overlooks the tennis courts. As you drive throughout Seabrook Island the live oaks covered with Spanish moss form a shady awning overhead. The flat roads are perfect for bicycling, roller blading, or just walking and the speed limit is 25 mph. Dining on Seabrook Island offers a choice of several restaurants and there are more on nearby Kiawah and John's island.

Nearest Beach: beach at 2.0 Miles
Island activities include tennis, two 18 hole golf courses, a full equestrian center, a beach club with pools and snack bar, and a full fitness center. The Beach Club provides you with views of the ocean and the use of several pools, including two pools for small children, as well as dining and drinks. There are two beach areas to choose from. The Edisto River beach affords a chance to see a dolphin feeding ground and in the spring the loggerhead turtles lay their eggs on the beach. North Beach has lovely surf and riders on horseback can sometimes be seen. All Beaches are accessible for free as is the Condominium Pool. The Equestrian Center provides one of the last places on the East Coast where you can enjoy a ride on the beach. Charleston is a short drive from Seabrook Island. It is a beautiful city of history and charm. There is a lot to do including carriage rides to view the historic Battery and the French Quarter.

I love this place!!!

I have rented this condo multiple times. It is a short drive to the beach, but it is a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, relaxing!

Last summer the A/C had a problem--the owner had it repaired in matter of hours!!

I hesitate to recommend it only because I want it to by my private, secret get-away!! Really, my family and I have been very happy here.

We just wanted to tell you what a fantastic time we had at your condo. Your home is just beautiful. Everything we needed was right at our finger tips. Seabrook Island is the perfect vacation getaway...even for the kids! We can't wait to come back again soon! Seabrook Island is less than 6 hours from Altanta.

"thank you tamy and mike, we enjoyed your beautiful, clean , inviting condo. Everything we needed was here. It was so great to have the maps, menus etc on hand so that we always had somewhere to go and something to do.The beach was beautiful and we traveled to charleston several times for some great meals and fun. "
