The property is a nice mid-century Swiss Miss residence. However, given the cost of the property for a week’s stay, we were significantly disappointed in the maintenance and preparations to accommodate vacationers who seek what is advertised. We rent properties throughout the world and this experience was not one our most favorable. Most significant was the Master Bathroom /Other bathrooms– Shower faucet (water controller) broken, both towel bars broken, bars and a bracket missing for each towel bar. Attempts to resolve the faucet lasted our entire stay (The day before we leave, attempt was made to schedule repair. Other bathrooms had warped baseboards, peeling paint and a showerhead that needed replacing. Other items such as the freezer door on the refrigerator in the kitchen was very loose, light bulbs burned out, batteries - in remote (Living Room) & music devices were dead, very little basics such as toilet paper, hangers and no ironing board, gas grill tank empty upon arrival. Majority of chaise lounges by the pool were broken/missing bar to adjust seating upright. After our stay, we emailed the property manager/owner and listed out these items for which we were told “thanks” and “sorry” therefore the lack of attention to detail throughout the residence was indicative of the things that made our experience “fall short” of our expectations given the associated cost.
