Ideally located in a gated community with secure off-street parking by Putney Bridge. This two double bedroom flat features a fully equipped modern kitchen and a bright and spacious living/dining room with river views. The master bedroom also with river views, has an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom uses the main bathroom.

The flat is walking distance from the New King's Road and Fulham Road, with many great restaurants and shops. It is also conveniently located minutes from Putney Bridge Underground (district line) and a number of good bus links, which can get you to all parts of London.

Gatwick - 1hr driving, 1hr tube

Heathrow - 1/2-1hr drive, 1hr tube

More than just a holiday rental

All the positive reviews written about this charming apartment,location,views and it`s owner`s are without exception all true,however to really appreciate the care and empathy that Nick and Lloly give to their guests has to be experienced personally .

My family and I ( 5 adults including my adult daughter who has special needs) stayed at the apartment last August 2014 and not only did they ensure that our stay was enjoyable but actually were only a phone call away to solve any questions or small problems that we had.

To list all the examples of how Nick and Lloly tried to ensure our stay went off pleasantly and without stress would need more space than this review allows.

One small example would be that even though we arrived after a long 12 hour drive from Luxembourg well after midnight (UK time) I was still able to contact Nick to locate the key to the apartment.

We have stayed in many holiday homes over the years but can honestly recommend this particular apartment not just for the apartment itself, but also for the genuine concern and effort made by Nick and his family to ensure the well being of their guests.

Great location, next to tube, great view, close to nice restaurants, ideal starting point for trips to touristic sights, though one does not feel like a tourist, lovely apartment with many individual details, the opposite of a hotel chain, great kitchen, great bathrooms, huge TV - not that anyone would watch in London - get an original Italian espresso at Doctor Espresso - next to Putney Bridge Station. Host gives abwelcome feeling even bei g absent. Thanks Nick!

Location, location, LOCATION....

Unique, bright, clean, comfortable and homey with all the modern conveniences, Nick's flat is truly a gem. It's also equipped with Wifi and a very nice TV, of course. Plenty of space and privacy for 4, or even 5 people. Two spotless well equipped bathrooms were a real plus for us.

Underground (tube) and buses are literally under a 1 minute walk once you learn to use the back gate. Just about anywhere you want to go in London is less than a 30 minute journey, but avoid rush hours if you can. The river bus pier is about 6 minutes away and the train to Windsor Castle (a highlight of our visit, don't miss it!) and other places is an easy 12 minute walk. Fulham Palace and gardens, free and well worth seeing, just a short jaunt along the river to the west. For football (soccer) fans, Fulham FC plays in a stadium just beyond the Palace. And for tennis fans, Wimbledon is 3 or 4 tube stops south. If you want to rent a car, Europcar has an office just outside the back gate and parking is included in the complex.

The Eight Bells pub, located a few steps outside the main gate, is friendly with good food at very reasonable prices. Excellent pizza and other Italian dishes are just 2 or 3 minutes further down the road at Pappa & Ciccia. Putney Bridge or the train bridge (just outside the back gate) provide easy short walks south across the river. There you will find an abundance of pubs restaurants and shops. Thai Square restaurant is quite elegant with great food at surprisingly affordable cost. If you just need some basics, fruit or beer and wine are all available at the late open store at your (north) side of the bridge just a short minute from the main gate.

Yes, this location has it all! Did I mention the view? We were awestruck at being able to look at the Thames, one of the most famous city rivers in the world, from any of the windows or the very charming balcony. The sunset over the river and bridge is not to be missed.

I would highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting London. Nick is very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We felt we received excellent value and it definitely far exceeded our expectations....

A Calm Oasis in Busy London

A good sized apartment that felt very private and not overlooked, with a smashing little balcony providing lovely views over the Thames. The small but perfectly equipped kitchen had been recently refurbished and was an added joy. The apartment was spotless with smart bathrooms, good quality bed linen, and a far too comfortable sofa! The apartment complex was elegant and full of flowers in bloom, and the safe parking behind the gated entrance was very useful. look out for the resident peacock! A great location with a minute stroll to the tube into central London. Nick was very attentive and helpful when we arrived, and he made us feel at home immediately. Could not fault this delightful place, we will certainly stay again when in London for a few nights or more.

Amazing views of the Thames, spotlessly clean

Set in a gated community, the property was 2 minutes away from the tube station.

We were met on arrival by the owners mum who was lovely and friendly, she showed us around the apartment and answered any questions we had. The property had everything we needed and more (even bathrobes). it was spotlessly clean and the pictures on the website didn't really do it justice.I would definitely recommend this apartment and will be returning in the future.

Lovely well-located flat with Thames view

We rented the flat for a month and absolutely hated to leave. There is no question that we would want to rent it again. Located near train, subway, and bus transportation, it was ideal to explore London, yet just enough out of town to give a bit of suburban feeling. The flat itself is well-appointed, pretty without being too formal, with two baths (!) and a small kitchen that facilitated eating in when that was desired. In a secure, gated community, we felt very safe. The covered, secured garage was an added bonus. The property was spotless and the owner responsive, accommodating and very pleasant. I cannot say enough positive about our stay and have already recommended the flat to friends.
