Located in a pine grove on Lieutenant's Island, this custom contemporary home (2200 sq ft) is about 10 years old, but in like-new condition. It is light and airy, nicely furnished, fairly private, and there are two lovely, sandy beaches about a 5-minute walk away. There are decks on both floors and all amenities. By car it is 10-15 minutes to beaches at the ocean and ponds, and to Wellfleet Center. During the highest tides, the road to and from the Island is under water and will require a wait of 1-2 hours.

Enjoy tasty seafood delights at the many restaurants along Route 6. Take a fishing trip from Wellfleet Harbor. Dig for oysters on the bayside at low tide. Visit the Massachusetts Audubon Society Wildlife Sanctuary and sign up for one of their many classes and tours. Take the Cape Rail bike trail to Dennis. Drive twenty-five minutes to Provincetown at the tip of the cape, which boasts the oldest art colony in America.
