Cumbrian Lakes is a secure gated community set in a beautiful, peaceful area just off Poinciana Boulevard. Cumbrian Lakes is only 5 minutes from Highway 192 and 12 minutes from the Disney Theme Parks. The luxury executive pool homes at Cumbrian Lakes back onto a conservation area of 120 acres and with beautiful landscaping around the homes you will be amazed that you can get such a feeling of peace in an area so close to the 'attractions' of Orlando. The master bedroom has patio doors to the lanai and pool and a king size bed, cable TV and en-suite with large shower, large corner tub, twin washbasins and separate WC. The second master has a queen size bed and adjoining bathroom and the two twin bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. All bedrooms have TV's. Extended deck area where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine and the pool (30ft x 12ft) and spa, which look onto the lake with its sparkling fountains, gives you a real opportunity to relax and unwind.
