Bright Sunny Home 2 miles to the Beach

This was our seventh year renting this house and we always have a great week. The house sleeps 8 pretty comfortably. The kitchen has everything we need to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. The outdoor shower is a big plus in addition to the two full bathrooms. A great addition would be an air conditioner in the second upstairs bedroom!

WE HAD A FAMILY GATHERING IN THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME THIS OCTOBER. THERE WAS ADEQUATE ROOM FOR THE TEN OF US. THE KITCHEN CONTAINED EVERYTHING WE COULD HAVE POSSIBLY NEEDED.THE HOME WAS CLEAN AND ATTRACTIVLY DECORATED. THE DECK WAS WONDERFUL. I WOULD CERTAINLY STAY THERE AGAIN--EXTRA BONUS--THE WEATHER WAS PERFECT.

We booked a last minute trip to the Rhode Island shore and feel lucky to have found this lovely home in a quiet area near the Charlestown/South Kinston border. We were only four people and the home was very spacious, even for a larger family. Loved the layout that put the TV in the den not the living spaces - this became the "kids clubhouse" which they loved too. My mom appreciated the bed bath set-up on the first floor so she didn't have to navigate stairs. I loved the small deck off the master on the second floor to watch quiet, lovely sunsets. Nice green views from most windows with a piece of property larger than typical for the neighborhood. The location was equi-distant from the Watch Hill/Weekapaug area to the south and the Narragansett/Galilee and Newport area to the north. We really explored every town along the coast and loved it! We will definately return, thank you!
