Escape to the Cape! You will relax and enjoy yourself at this fabulous home. There are four large bedrooms, two full baths, living room (with TV and DVD player), family room (with TV and VCR) and large deck with outdoor shower. There is a washer/dryer, a crib (just a few years old/brand new condition), air-conditioning, and the lower driveway has a great basketball hoop/court. A level lawn for kids to play or for you to enjoy completes your grand vacation! The house is on a lovely cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood just a mile away from both the National Seashore (i.e., Nauset Light Beach and Coast Guard Beach) and bay side beaches (there are six bay side beaches in Eastham.) The bike trail is right down the street. Eastham was named one of the favorite beach towns in the US (Family Fun Magazine, June 2005) Click the blue link at the bottom of this page to see what others have said about our house.

Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Miles
Enjoy watching a beautiful sunset from one of the six bay beaches in Eastham. Go boogie-boarding/surfing at Coast Guard beach, renowned for its beauty and waves (just 1 mile away from the house). See one of the most famous lighthouses in the world at Nauset Light Beach (just 1 mile down the street). Go clamming/ shellfishing, or charter a fishing boat to catch bass, blues and tuna. Go on a whale watch in Provincetown (just 20 miles away). Bike on the miles of well-maintained bike trails (just down the street). Go square dancing in Wellfleet on Wednesday nights at the fish pier (it sounds corny, but is a blast for children and adults!). Enjoy homemade donuts at the Hole-in-One Donut Shop (just down the street). Go to a drive-in movie at the Wellfleet Drive-In Movie Theatre.

Our family has spent several memorable summer vacations at this wonderful home. The bedrooms are spacious, especially the two upstairs; the kitchen is well stocked; the furnishings are comfortable and everything is very clean. The location is unmatched. It is close to our favorite beach, Nauset Light; close to the Cape Cod bike trail and close to our favorite restaurants on Cape Cod; Arnold's and Ben and Jerry's ice cream shop. What more could you ask for?

Your house felt just like home. It is in great condition and had all the amenities of a family home. The room layout is great and there was even a recreation room in the basement for us adults to hang out and talk as loud as we wanted while the kids went to sleep!
