All furnishings, beds, and appliances are brand new and tastefully done in a neutral Tuscan decor. Your own laundry room with washer and dryer. There is a large 2 car garage and plenty of guest parking. This is a great place to play golf, or just kick back and enjoy the incredible views. This community is one of the best in La Quinta I've found. I chose this area due to the incredible views, and very quiet neighborhood. You are surrounded by mountains here, so there is little wind. Our neighbors here own $500,000 - $1,000,000 homes.
Gated Entry:
Duna La Quinta is a gated community of private homes and higher end condos on the fairways of the Pete Dye Dunes Course next to the La Quinta Resort and Club. It features gated access with three pools, spas, immaculate grounds, and incredible views.
Area Info:
We looked at dozens of areas and communities and could not find one that was as quiet, or kept in better condition than this community. They keep the area spotless, and there is no issues with noise or neighbors. A very quite upscale community. Many of our guests return year after year.
Golf:
Golf is available through the La Quinta Resort hotel just down the street. Fee's range from $125-$145 a round. There are dozens of other courses available to you nearby. The Dunes course has held both the California State Open and PGA Tour Qualifying School. Designed by Pete Dye, it provides a relaxing round of golf with spectacular views of the surrounding mountain and desert landscapes.
