This home is the ultimate in luxury vacation rentals. 7 bedrooms 6 full baths with 5 master bedrooms. It is located in the Emerald Island development which is gated and located 3 miles from Disney. The home is on a large lot which is on a private lake with a beautiful conservation view across the back of the home for private sunning and swimming. The pool is oversized, with a heated Whirlpool and pool all located in a screened and oversized patio, with comfortable furniture. With this peaceful and relaxing view it is hard to believe there is so much Disney activity 5 minutes away. New Additions for 2007! Unlimited Use Wireless High Speed internet access for up to 3 computers. XBox 360 in the game room.

South beach loft was designed for the ladies or teens getaway. 42' Plasma TV, game table, library of books and Dvds and XBox with games. Harry Potter's closet is for your younger guests to have a play room, it includes Hedwig and games. Great room is centrally located to the kitchen, has a 3 sofa conversation pit and can be used as an alternate movie location with a 53' TV surround sound home theater. Kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel like a gourmet chef.

  • There is a 7 night minimum, and no cleaning fee. Short notice booking, if there is a vacancy within 30 days of check-in, a 4 night minimum will be considered. We will not block a 7 night booking for a 4 night booking. The Cleaning Fee for less than a 7 day stay, is $150. A mid stay cleaning, optional at guest's request, is $150. Pool heat is optional, the fee is $150 per week, the 2 day minimum is $70, the daily rate is $35, We recommend you order heat prior to your arrival.
    The pool and whirlpool heat is subjective to each individual. The whirlpool will normally warm to 90 degrees + or - within a 12 hour period. The pool will require 24-36 hours warm up, and normally is within 15 degrees of the outdoor air temperature. All rates are subject to a 13% tax. Check out is before 10am. Check In is after 4pm. No pets, no smoking. Note: A third party inventory is taken before and after each rental period. Note: The Manor Homes Management office is in the same time zone as Orlando.

We had 12 people and it was GREAT! Wonderful layout with plenty of room for us all to get together at the beginning and end of each day. Plus if we wanted privacy we went to our room, none except the childrens rooms have adjoining walls so we all had plenty of privacy. The house was well maintained and clean. The dishwasher broke and was not only looked at but replaced with a new one quickly. Very close to Disney World, restaurants, outlets... I have and will continue to tell all my friends that if you are going to the area on vacation with a large group this is the place to stay. We plan on it!

We went there with our 3 separate families , was great place will definately go again . Definately great privacy from those times when you want your own space.Property was decorated great with all the themes. The Hot tub was great after all the walking your going to do .

Customer service was Quick our dishwasher broke @ night and next morning a Tech was there to fix it and went to LOWES and got a new one and installed it and even did the dishes in there .
Two great places to go eat at are The Catfish Place,total locals place with turtle and aligator and Azteca authentic mexican food . Both are a little drive but worth it .
Best advice go get a bunch of those advertisement booklets and go check out all sorts of the local stuff like Gatorland. Was fun for the whole family .
All the parks are like 6 miles away and the monorail takes you all over .

THIS HOUSE IS ABSOLUTLY AMAZING, PICTURES CANNOT DESCRIBE THIS HOUSE,THE KIDS WOULD RATHER BE AT THE HOUSE THEN THE PARKS.IT WAS PERFECT FOR 9 GRANDCHILDREN THAT WERE HERE TO GET LOST IN, AND NOT BOTHER THE ADULTS, IF YOU WANT R&R THEN THIS IS THE HOUSE FOR YOU.

this property is absolutely fantastic, it is much better than the pictures which is hard to believe, we had a wonderful time when we stayed at the proprerty and would definately go back. Everything about the house and the resort is great.
