Just remodeled with travertine flooring, new carpet, new decorative paint and new furniture. High speed internet/DSL modem. This single story condo has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and over 1900 square feet. This Pete Dye designed golf course is one of 3 courses that has public access to PGA West. This unit is located across from the 4th green at the PGA Stadium course. There is a private association pool and spa and a beautiful view of the mountains and fairway side patio. This unit has everything you will need to have a nice relaxing fun-filled stay. There is a king size bed in the master suite and queen beds in the other two large and spacious rooms. There is a large living room and a separate dining room. The patio offers a gas BBQ grill and plenty of seating with breath-taking views of the golf course. The private gate-guarded community offers both privacy and relaxation while still being close to all of the premier golf courses.
