Maggie Valley Vacation Rental house

My family recently went on a long weekend ski trip and this house had plenty of space for my family of 14. The Kitchen big enought to cook and seat everyone, we ate all our meals at the house no restaurants at all involved in our trip. The loft or FROG was perfect for my family with a double and 2 twin beds for our children, My sisters and there spouses each had a room, as well as my parents. The 4 bedrooms along with a huge sleeping loft was nice so everyone could spread out in there own space if needed. The game room was a huge hit as well the pool tabel, ping pong table and poket table kept us all entertained. The huge washer and dryer were especially useful during our stay. Roads were easily accessible and we were close to skiing and tubing. We really enjoyed this home and would love to rent it again for next years annual family ski trip.

When I first began searching for a home in the mountains for my family of 8 to enjoy, I had a number of homes that I inquired about. For the homes that were available, the responses were prompt; however, the owners of this home went out of their way to meet our needs. They had two homes to choose from. The owners called us on the phone to discuss our needs and assisted us in determining which home was best for us. When we arrived, we were very pleased. The home offered an atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Everyone of all ages enjoyed the game room in the evening. We enjoyed eating our meals out on the deck in the morning and relaxing in the hot tob at night. The location was central to all the activities we enjoyed on our stay from hiking to tubing and white-water rafting. We ate at a few of the restaurants, which were OK; however, we enjoyed our meals on the deck the most. We are from Florida and vacation on the beachs most years. I was a little tentative on how my family would enjoy a new experience. I am pleased to say that they have requested that we repeat the experience again on our next vacation. Thanks to the Kathy and Stan for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home and to HomeAway from home for providing an avenue for which to locate a perfect vacation spot.

Wonderful house for large family reunion - plenty of space with activities for everyone, from watching the beautiful sunrise to playing pool and pingpong to relaxing in the hot tub while enjoying the mountain air. Our family ranged in age from 2 to 89 years and all had a great time! Will rent this fantastic place again!
