Condo was just as pictured. Good location, nice beach, Very spacious and clean. Well appointed and equipped with all you'd require for a week or longer away from home. Owner provided good customer service and advice about places to see, restaurants, etc. Great parking under the building away from the sun.
The negatives:
Pool was a bit small for the number of people staying at the property. Also, there were a few groups of young (late teens/early 20's) people renting that were a little unruly around the pool.

A very nice condo, a well supplied kitchen and an attentive owner. The large pool area and the beach were places we liked and frequented...especially long walks on the beach. We also enjoyed our glass of wine on the balcony, in the late afternoon sun. We had a very pleasant stay. If we do return to this part of Florida next winter, this would be on the top of our list.

This condo was great the amenties were great. The privacy was wonderful with a great view of the beach and pool area. There will be no complaints except that I could'nt stay longer.

Beautiful condo - nice to be able to walk out onto the beach...pool could be larger for the amount of people using it but pool deck area very large and accommodating. The only issue I had with our stay was the owner told us when we got there that the air conditioning was not working but would be fixed by Monday...it wasn't fixed until Friday (the day before we left) and she didn't answer b-my call about it on Wednesday. Besides that, we had a wonderful vacation. Great place for families....loved the availability of outdoor grills!
