Able bodies only!

This old quaint cottage is clean and well maintained - a real value! However, the entrance to the cottage is at the end of a fairly steep incline as is the lawn leading to the lake, which has no dock and very little usable beach space. The bathtub is installed on a platform about two feet off the floor, so getting in and out of the tub is difficult. The master bed is a very hard surface; we left after staying only one sleepless night. I am not a disabled person, but I am a 67 year old, who has had multiple orthopedic surgeries. I am not totally able bodied, as a result!
Owner's Response: The entrance is 5 feet below the parking area, down a gently sloping path and 5 steps to the door. The Lake beach is about 8 feet below the front door, down 6 steps and across about 40 feet of lawn (About 10% grade). In the mountains of Montana, this is considered a gentle slope.
