This is a beautiful, wooded, quiet location, within walking distance to numerous beaches. This wonderful home features an entire second floor master suite with porch. The master bath features a glass block shower. The main floor has an open floor plan. The kitchen has a Jenn Air indoor grill in the center island. There is a sunken walk-out garden and a large lawn for entertaining. Or just sit on one of the three decks and enjoy the day.

Walk to one of the south shore beaches or if you prefer hop the NERTA shuttle bus, a 5 minute walk from the house, and ride into town for some shopping. The Surfside bike path is a 2 minute ride from this house. Biking and rollerblading are popular sports here.

This is a great place to get away from it all, yet be close enough to "get around". Conducive to writing, reading, with great decks to just ponder and dream on :) Beautiful master bedroom area.
You can walk or ride bikes to the beaches which are clean with lovely soft sand.
If you bring a pet, there is a yard that abuts neighboring yards and has no fence.
Car parking over a sea shelled driveway and lot. Internet access worked great!
