A choice of two lovely and fully furnished island beach houses awaits you just outside Marsh Harbour at DoneReach, Abaco, Bahamas. DoneReach, a three bedroom two bathroom house for up to 6 guests with spectacular views over the Sea of Abaco and the Atlantic Ocean or our cozy dockside BoatHouse, just right for two guests on a budget or who just want to be romantic. Situated on a hill on a peninsula, virtually surrounded by the turquoise sea, DoneReach is located on a private road 2 miles from Marsh Harbour, the third largest settlement in the islands and far from the hustle bustle of Nassau and Freeport and their high rises and casinos. The house is private, but not secluded and is close to all the amenities, good restaurants, ferries, marinas, car, boat, bike and scooter rentals and a variety of shops. Our wonderful private dock is available for your rental boat which you will use to visit the out islands, go fishing, snorkeling, shopping, and exploring. The dock and our unique seaside saltwater sunpool and our private beach are reserved solely for guests of DoneReach and BoatHouse. Car, boat, bike and scooter rentals are nearby.

DoneReach is 15 minutes by taxi from Marsh Harbour's international airport and is about 20 minutes by rental boat or ferry from all of the out islands. DoneReach is air-conditioned and has ceiling paddle fans to supplement the nearly always present moderating sea breezes. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds and one has twin beds. Large decks on both sides of the house provide alternate places to sit and relax, depending upon the movement of the Sun and the ever changing winds. Beach and deck furniture is abundant. BoatHouse is air-conditioned and has a screened porch and ceiling paddle fans throughout. BoatHouse is private from DoneReach and is literally 'on the water' by the dock. We rent only by the week from Saturday to Saturday but we do make exceptions for longer rental periods provide arrival or departure is on a Saturday. We also offer a 15% discount rental rates for 'last minute' bookings, within two to three weeks of your desired rental arrival date.
