Good Location

We stayed a week at Sunset Lakes, a very quiet location yet within easy access to the parks and local restaurants, of which there are many, also some takeaways, Papa John's pizza worth a visit. Supermarkets also close by on the 192. We prefer this area of Kissimmee as it is more residential.
Villa is of good size with a bonus of 3 bathrooms, there were 6 of us so saved alot of time in the mornings!. All rooms are generously proportioned, although there is only comfortable seating for 5 in the lounge and 6 at the dining table, that said apart from sleeping we were not at the villa much.
The photos above are a bit dated, furniture in the Lounge and Breakfast area is as shown in the Family Area and Dining Area photos, not as shown in the two photos immediately below the one for he Dining Area, this slightly misled us as we thought there were two seating and eating areas, also there is now a flat screen tv.
We did not find the hairdryer, which is shown as being available, so had to buy one, we did not leave it though!
The sports equipment in the garage has been well used and in need of some TLC, there is only one pool cue, table slightly damaged, also felt entrance porch area and garage could be a bit cleaner
The pool area is quite private being south facing overlooking a wooded area, we were blessed with good weather late 80's all week, so pool was most welcome.
The communcations and information pack provided by the owners were extensive, deposit cheque returned swiftly, the villa has a pin entry system which saves worrying about a key, it is also in a gated community, another pin, which makes you feel safe.
We do not want to appear to be negative about the property as overall we enjoyed our stay, we thought the villa represented good value. Would we recommend it to friends, yes, as it provides a comfortable base in what we consider to be a great location.

I'm sorry you thought that the photographs misled you, the description of the property is quite clear and unfortunately old photographs, from prior to our furniture upgrade, remained on the site (HomeAway have now removed these).
The hairdryer situation is disappointing too, all our bathrooms had dryers and it appears a previous guest may have taken them all home by accident. All bathrooms have now been restocked with dryers and nonetheless you really didn't need to buy your own as our local management would have provided dryers if you'd asked.
Sadly the sports equipment in the garage although regularly updated can be a problem and we're really sorry that we didn't, on this occasion, keep up with the loss of the pool cue and (probably) table tennis balls that people seem attracted to. The pool table is only a year or so old and we so we are seeking to get it refurbished to remove the chalk marks that guests, (kids will be kids!) appear to have put on the table for their convenience.
So, minor points but important to us and we really thank you for providing the feedback and the opportunity for our local management to rectify. Should you stay in our home again we would be pleased to offer you a discount as a gesture of our thanks for your custom and the valuable feedback that you have provided.
