This House is the Best Value at Camelbeach Mountain resort! This is one of the closest to the slopes & nicest units in the Village of Camelback, and this home is newly decorated with new furnishings and flooring. AIR CONDITIONING AND GAS GRILL. This beautiful home is one of the brightest and airiest due to it's corner location and the extra large skylights! The top level has a queen bed, private bath, TV, closet, vaulted ceiling with large skylight! The main level has the entrance, modern eat-in kitchen with new appliances, the living room with fireplace, cathedral ceiling with large skylight and double sliders to wrap-around deck. The third and lower level has one bedroom with a queen & two bunks, a second with two queens, the washer and dryer, & hall bath. This Village at Camelback townhome is one of the few with a fourth level. The fourth level features a game room/ fourth bedroom, ping pong & pool table! This is by far the best Camelback rental value

Indoor and outdoor tennis courts, indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, and weight room. There is no better Camelback Rental. Parking lot level makes loading and unloading everything much easier. This is a corner unit with corner decks for Mountain & Valley views. Nearby activities include, Skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, paintball, hiking, rock climbing, golf, tennis, amusement parks, hunting, horseback riding, shopping, the Crossing outlet mall, restaurants, brewery, just minutes to Pocono Raceway, whitewater rafting, biking. The Game Room has a pool table, table tennis, band new private bath, futon/bunk bed, it's own entrance, cable TV & VCR. Three new air conditioners were installed last year. The Village of Camelback town homes are as close as you can get to Camelback ski area and Camelbeach water park. The Village at Camelback offers it's own amenities... Indoor and outdoor tennis courts, indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, and weight room. This is not a typical rental property. It has never been rented prior to summer of 2004. If you are looking for a one of the finest rentals in the Poconos you have come to the right place.

We just spent a long weekend at the O'Brien house and could not have picked a better location!! The skiers in the group absolutely loved the ski on/ski off access to Camelback. The little ones enjoyed the pool. The house had everything you would need. TV's and DVD's in all the bedrooms is a big plus with the kids who were too young to ski. We are already talking about coming back next year! Is truly a nice place for the price.

Awesome Ski/Snowboard-Townhouse

Location, location, location! We are a family of 6 snowboarders and love the convinent walk-on walk-off the mountain aspect of this property. We liked going in to our own townhouse and making our own hot lunch and not be worried about long lines and ski resort prices.

In the evening (after Mom and Dad were tired) the kids continued snowboarding on the all-terrain slope for night skiing just a minute walk from the front door. Ample front door parking.

We enjoyed warming by the fire each night while the kids entertained themselves downstairs in the game room.
We also took advantage of a couple adult/nights out at the lodge which was a lot of fun. And the wife and daughter were happy shopping at the local outlets. Grilling on the deck was one of my favorite things to do after coming off the mountain. Equipment closet on the front deck was a nice idea and thanks for the free access of the house's lap top computer.

Bedrooms were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean which is all my wife needs to be happy. Great washer & dryer too.

Looking forward to our trip next year.

It was such an incredible pleasure to stay at the O'Brien household for one short week in december. It had anything you could have wanted. The game room was hours of fun on rainy days and there was no shortage of activities arond the area. Walk on/off Camelback and driving distance to many other mountains. I will definetly be coming back for more!

Quaint Rental

This vacation rental is alright, but in need of more maintenance attention. The deck was dirty with last Fall's leaves and a couple of dirty bathroom mats. A couple of the drawers in one of the bedrooms were broken. Game room has some wear and tear and there was a hole underneath the carpet by the pool table.

I do want to emphasize that owner was attentive and quick to respond to any call.

Plenty of room, but be ready to go up and down a few stairs. There are four levels in the house and if you're older or have knee problems, you may start feeling it.

Camelbeach water park is just a few yards away and complex is close to Crossings Premium Mall.

All things considering it wasn't bad, but hope that owner fixes the little things to really make the property more appealing.

Owner's Response: Thank you very much for the 4 of 5 rating! I'm glad you felt that we were attentive and quick to respond to any calls. If we had been made aware of the leaves, bath mats, or the drawers during your stay we would have fixed them on the spot. We have since had everything fixed. We have the unit professionally cleaned after every guest. We also have a handyman on call for anything that may come up. We are one of the few units that has a fourth level with a game room (hence the extra stairs). Since everyone"s kids enjoy the ping pong and pool table so much it will show a little ware and tear. Thank you again for being a guest in our Camelback home.
