It is half and hour's drive from Orlando international airport, on the us highway 27 just 1 mile south from the Junction with the US Highway 192.
The house is furnished to the highest standard and entry is through double doors into an entrance hallway with Italian marble floor, directly into the spacious open plan family room, with TV and DVD player. There is a separate breakfast nook overlooking the pool, furnished with table and 4 chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with quality Corian work tops. It has a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit and American style fridge/freezer.
There is also a large living room downstairs with queen sofa bed, hi-fi and CDs, and a separate laundry room with washer/dryer etc. There is also a further shower room on this floor.
Upstairs there is a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all of which radiate from the galleried landing. There are 2 Master en-suite Bedrooms, each with walk in shower and jacuzzi bath, 2 further junior en-suite bedrooms and 2 further twin bedded rooms, all with TV.
A crib with bedding and high chair is available free of charge.
Outside is a heated pool/spa with a large pool deck and covered lanai. There is a grill/barbecue, table and chairs and sun loungers. The house is situated on a large secluded corner plot partially surrounded by orange trees for privacy. A children's playground, including basketball and volleyball is situated just a minute's walk away, within the Resort.
