Newer construction, Parking for 2 cars as well as central A/C. Gourmet kitchen, stainless appliances, wine cooler, spectacular low voltage lighting and a granite island with four custom bar stools. Glass doors open to a deck with patio furniture and BBQ. Inside, the kitchen is open to the large dining area and living room. Sit in a bar stool at the kitchen island and still watch the 50' HDTV accross the living room. Have an Ipod or MP3? Just plug it into the jack for the BOSE home Theatre system and your music will sound better than it ever has before. Furniture was all purchased new since 2004. Gorgeous Hardwood floors top to bottom, bath top and bottom not to mention as squeaky clean as it gets. Add an enclosed outdoor shower and just a 7 minute walk to town hall yet located on a private, quiet tree shaded road and you'll see why it is simply one of the best values around. The list goes on, if your used to paying more and getting less in Ptown, you'll be pleasantly surprised!

This house has it all. We loved how quite it was at night so our kids could sleep. It was an easy walk into town and quick walk to a grocery and liquor store. We loved walking to clem and Ursie's for breakfast and then heading into town. Everything was great with the house much nicer then my own house. My kids loved playing on the porch while we grilled dinner. We so rabbits hopping around all around the house. Very honestly described from the listing. I thought it was even better than the pictures showed. School park nearby. Clean

I always like to think that folks walking through the door for their first time breath a sigh of relief knowing they made the right choice for their summer vacation rental. I take pride in providing a house for guests which at least meet, if not exceeds, their expectations.
Sure, it's not right on the water or not directly in town but I like to think that it well makes up for that with everything else it has to offer. I get a lot of comments about the house and they differ somewhat from the folks who stay there. Like yourselves, many families love the safe quiet neighborhood and the convenient location of so many places. Virtually everyone loves the TV and sound system and I've even had a lady tell me she was jealous that she found a house cleaner than her own, luckily I have a cleaner who is just as concerned about the presentation of the house as I am.
I promise you that it will be just as peaceful, convenient and squeaky clean as it was last year and we certainly hope you will have room in your schedule to come back and stay this summer.
