This fifth floor unit has a beautiful view of the sparkling emerald waters of the gulf coast, the 4,000 square foot walk in pool with water features, hot tub, and the lush tropical landscaping. The sun deck is complete with bath house, lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, charcoal grills and trellis. Enjoy 300 feet of deeded beach access.

The master bedroom and bunkroom have TV's with VCR and DVD players while the living area boasts a large screen TV.

Designated garage parking with outdoor storage for chairs and pool toys.

This professionally decorated, non-smoking unit includes granite kitchen countertops, upgraded appliances, and tile floors through-out creating a lovely sophisticated vacation destination.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Everything was perfect! Beds are super comfy and the facilitys are amazing! Our kids didnt want to leave! The pool area was perfect for my 5,3&1 yr olds! We want to make it a yearly vacation! Our family was able to relax and reconnect with each other away from our busy schedules! We thank the owners for such nice accomdations! Looking forward to may 2013!

My husband and I have stayed at this unit many times and we absolutely love it!! The condo is always spotless, the decorating is beautiful, and the unit is furnished with everything you need. The owners are also very good to work with. We stayed for 2 weeks November 09 for our wedding and honeymoon and it was absolute paradise. We never stay anywhere else when in Destin!!!

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks in June 2009, and we were extremely pleased with the condo. Besides the location and pool which were perfect for us, the condo was better furnished than any other that we'd ever rented. The view from the balcony was great,and being able to walk to Captain Dave's was another plus. We've been visiting Destin and Navarre for many years, and this condo was one of our favorites. The price was very reasonable for this location! I hope we can stay here again many times in our future.

Beautiful condo with a great view!! My husband and I rented unit for 2 weeks and loved it. Well equipped kitchen, beautifully decorated,very clean.
