A secluded island retreat situated on a 3 acre lot with meadow and wooded areas yet within easy reach of all 6 unique island villages and towns. Beautifully decorated this home provides both indoor and outdoor living in a lovely setting. The stone patio with barbecue, the wooden deck with hot tub and outdoor shower are the perfect answer for those marvelous Vineyard summer days and nights. The sun room/porch offers a bright, cheerful, and spaciousness regardless of the time of year or weather. New to the 2010 season is a solar heated inground pool with cabana bath for the exclusive use of the guests residing at both properties at 23 Jennie Lane.

Whether you prefer the beaches, biking, hiking, exploring the local galleries and shops or just relaxing in a beautiful setting we think our home is the perfect place from which to set out each day. Kayaks are available for use upon request. For the 2010 season we are adding a solar heated inground pool ( 16 X32 ) with a cabana/bath which is for the exclusive use of our 23 Jennie Lane guests.

Main house sleeps four and has all amenities including fully equipped kitchen. Spacious living area opens out to a beautiful glassed/screened sun porch with a queen sleeper sofa to add sleeping for two more. Newly added solar heated inground pool for the exclusive use of the renters in both houses at 23 Jennie Lane. When renting both houses as a compound private pool rights are in effect for renters and their guests.

A delightful home!

My family and I have been staying at this home for the last three years. It has truly been a wonderful and serene experience for all of us. Upon arrival you can't help but notice how nicely manicured the grounds are kept. At the front entrance you are greeted by the sounds of a wind chime hanging by the window. Beyond that the interior of this house is clean, full of light and it has a spacious open layout. The homeowner is very conscientious providing books, board games, many children's videos, and even beach toys. Every year we look forward to our visit to the Vineyard and staying in this lovely home.
Owner's Response: We truly enjoy sharing our island home with guests who show their appreciation of the efforts we put into making this a special place to vacation and who consider our home their home while they are on the island. We look forward to welcoming guests who return every year.

My husband and I rented this beautiful home for our honeymoon on the Vineyard and it was absolutely perfect. The location of the property couldn't have been better and we enjoyed all of the amenities including the grill and hottub. We would definitely recommend this property. My family and I have been going to the wonderful island of Martha's Vineyard for over 20 years and we have never stayed in a more beautiful place! From the moment we pulled into the driveway I felt like I had found my slice of heaven!! The house looks like it belongs on the cover of a county magazine! And it is so incredibly clean and arranged in such a way that everything you could possibly need is at your fingertips! You cannot find a better place to call your home away from home! We will definitely be frequent customers! Thank you!

Better than our wildest dreams

On the Accuracy of Photos, I give 4 stars because the house is even prettier than the pictures. Although the pictures are nice, some look faded and it doesn't do justice to the reality.
This house is brand new, everything is extremely clean (really, it is spotless!) and very well appointed too!!
The location is very secluded which for us was ok because we took our car, surrounded by nature, just so so peaceful. We have a little boy, one year old who took advantages of all the toys and books. We had a wonderful time! We will come back in the future for sure! The owner of this house has other properties too and we checked them out from outside, they all seem gorgeous like this one!!
