The unobstructed views from this unit from the second floor (elevator available) are spectacular! Enjoy 3 pools, impeccable beach and grounds, tennis and fitness center. The unit is nicely furnished with a king size bed in the primary bedroom and queen size pull out couch in living room. New walk in shower with two separate bathroom sinks. Kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and all the necessities for cooking or stroll to the club next door to enjoy a sumptuous meal. The tiki bar also offers appetizers and small plates to enjoy poolside overlooking the beach. The laid back quiet community of Boca Grande is a gem! Come be part of the island life style.

Christmas in the sun

Unit was well furnished and had a lovely view. While signs in many places said “no dogs allowed” or “no dogs on beach” there were numerous dogs in the area and on the beach. Otherwise, nice beach, nice pool, great surroundings. Restaurant superb.

great Gulf get-away

Property was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and peaceful. It is ready to go with all you may need. Sterling is a breeze and pleasure to deal with. Boca Grande is a lovely place with welcoming locals. Small town charm with great fishing! Highly recommend it!

As a guest you become a temporary member of the Boca Grande Club and can access many of the club amenities. There is an additional membership fee of $50 per day. Enjoy having your lounge chair and umbrella set up on the beach or sip a cool drink at the tiki bar overlooking the Gulf. Towels are provided at both the pool and beach.
