This beautiful property is conveniently situated in a quiet,private and closed Domaine near Grasse, only 10 minutes from the highway(A-8), making it a perfect pied-a-terre for tenants wishing to travel around. It is comfortably furnished, elegantly decorated in soft pastel colors, and extremely well-equipped (alarm system, air-conditioning, 2 large new plasma TVs with satellite, DVD and video systems, heating etc). The 250m² accommodation is all on the ground floor (plus a second master bedroom upstairs). All rooms are spacious and bright, opening onto a 5000m² flat lawned garden, which includes a swimming-pool with pool house, a synthetic grass tennis court lit at night, table tennis, and plenty of shaded areas where one can relax in complete peace and privacy.

Notes: The area of the plot is 5,000 square meters with the garden being a perfect combination of quality lawn (about 2,000 square meters) with a natural forest and a tennis court. The wonderfully kept vegetation which has been looked after it for a number of years by a permanent team of gardeners. The pool measures 12m x 5 mand blends into the garden and the lawn together with the modern pool house where one can sit in the shade. The modern furniture surrounding the pool and in the pool house which enables one to relax and enjoy oneself around the pool. For professional swimmers there is a new diving board for training. The house has a large lounge with a fireplace and two sitting areas together with a large dining room for 16 people, and a large kitchen. A new air-conditioned big master bedroom and four (three of them air-conditioned) double bedrooms.There is another kitchen in the western wing.

fantastic property, yet beware of fox visit.

Despite of the well-equipped villa, spacious and agreeable garden, gorgeous swimming pool and impeccable tennis court; my husband and I were furious that the owner didn't aware us the frequent visit of a fox. The owner was well-aware that we were staying with 2 15-month-old sons and she knows the fox comes to the property often, so does the cleaning lady. The fox came for a visit everyday and one time he was only few meters from our sons in the garden. The fox did not afraid of human and enjoyed himself so much in the garden and on the tennis court. It should not marked as a children friendly villa. It's unacceptable that putting 2 toddlers at risk.
