Everything in this beautiful home with a brand new, private pool and private hot tub home is brand new as of June 2005. The home has access to a private beach (800 feet walking), a 45 second ride by golf cart. The home also includes membership privileges to North Captiva Island Club (2 huge pools, work out facility, restaurants, Beach Bar, sauna, kayaking, bike rentals and more). The beaches are gorgeous! Captiva beaches were just rated some of the most romantic in the country. Also, the home comes with access to the private beach. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, cathedral ceilings in the living room, large screened lanai with lovely views, formal dining room, and a breakfast bar in kitchen. The private master suite has very a private, screened in lanai and private bath with a jacuzzi tub. The private pool is brand new (June 2004) and is extremely tropical in feel with palm trees surrounding the pool for privacy. The hot tub is brand new and sits up to 5 people.
