You will find our charming home tastefully decorated,and very clean and comfortable. House is located near the boat launch on Rt. 30 in Northville, convenient for launching your boat and docking. This house has just been completely renovated, it has a washer and dryer on the first floor, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, screened in front porch, a large deck off the kitchen with a gas grille and patio set and two bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has king pillowtop bed, other bedroom has 4 twin beds.Relax on our 40' of water front on our Adirondack swing. We have a dock for your boat or you can rent our 14' boat with 5HP motor for an additional fee. A 14' canoe and a 2 person kayak is included with the rental for you to enjoy. In winter Xcountry ski at Lapland Lake just 6 miles away. Snow shoe, snow mobile right from house. Enjoy our pellet stove for added warmth. Spring is also a great time to visit the area. Hike, take a scenic drive and explore the beautiful Adirondacks.

Lapland Lake Cross Country Ski Resort is 6 miles away. Snowmobiling right off the driveway to the lake for trail access. Ideal getaway.
