Perfect Location, Walk Everywhere! Newer condo!!

This was the first time we have rented a home for our vacation stay and not only was our experience great renting, we would definitely rent the same condo when we vacation in Newport in the future. The location was perfect for walking to all the main attractions and a quick drive to Gooseberry Beach. The set up of the condo was perfect for my parents, my husband and I, and our 2 younger children. Everything was neatly organized and we had no questions in where to find anything or how everything worked. The neighbors kept to themselves, but were friendly to give us information on some of the summer events happening in the area. The owner and I kept a good relationship with email and she made sure our stay was going well while we were vacationing. Thank you for such a memorable and wonderful first renting experience in a city we love to visit.

My husband and I and 2 friends stayed in the condo for my husband's birthday weekend. What a fantastic trip! We've stayed previously and like our last trip, the condo was perfection! Everything you could need was right at your fingertips. The place was clean and the location couldn't be better! A short walk to the bustling Thames st, packed with restaurants, bars and shopping, and a short drive had you at the mansions and coast in minutes! Can't wait for our next stay!

The condo was spotless and comfortably housed eight people. Appliances were clean and in perfect working condition. This included a massive grill and brand new stackable washer/dryer that is very quiet. The owner's information was perfectly detailed before our stay, with beach chairs, towel and water all provided for no extra cost. The owner also compiled a book full of things to do in Newport. The location is ideal right off bustling Thames St. and less than 2 miles from the beach. You can walk everywhere. Despite surrounding night life, our sleep was never disturbed for the entire week. We were also able to watch 4th of July fireworks over the harbor perfectly from the living room window. The price was a bargain compared to other properties farther from downtown and beach. I would highly recommend this property to people of any age.
