View of water and bridge from the bedrooms. Sunny and bright! New condo conversion with open living space and good sized bedrooms. Comfortably decorated - everything is brand new from furniture to appliances. Fenced-in yard and patio with grill, hammock, and sitting area. Digital cable, DVD and wireless. 3 off-street parking spaces. 2 full bathrooms with washer and dryer inside the unit.

This rental was perfect for our girls week in Newport. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well kept. She provided everything and anything you could need when staying there. It was a short walk to all the restaurants and bars. We hope to go back again next summer!

I went to Newport for Memorial Day weekend with my four sisters. We had a great time and this condo was the perfect place to stay. Everything was in great condition, it was like being home. There was plenty of room for the five of us and the owner was incredibly hospitable. We walked everywhere, the location really is great. I will definitely stay here again!!
