Great for skiing at Stratton, also in proximity to Magic, Bromley, Mt. Snow and Okemo. In the summer there are numerous hiking and biking trails leading to the State parks, West River, lakes, ponds and streams. Summer time swimming, canoeing, and fishing. Famous country clubs for golfing. The house is 10 minutes to the Stratton Ski area which also offers tennis, golf, horseback riding and other outdoor activities; 20 minutes to Manchester shopping area, summer concerts and theaters; close to great selection of restaurants and dining areas.
