Panoramic views of the ocean from the kitchen, living/dining room, master bedroom and balcony. Very nicely furnished, including kitchen with granite countertops, (all stainless steel appliances). Underground parking. Three pools, one is heated, and has beautiful waterfalls in landscaped area. Also, Intercoastal views and day boat docks.Only 1 mile from Marineland, 5 golf courses within 15 minutes including Hammock Dunes. Only 20 minutes from St Augustine, the nation's oldest city and tourist attraction, 30 minutes from Daytona Beach, 1 hour from Kennedy Space Center, Disney World and Orlando.
