Elegant, immaculate, well-appointed home with breathtaking mountain views. House has sunny, open layout, gleaming hardwood floors, and cathedral post and beam ceilings. What differentiates this house from similar rentals is its top notch furnishings and finishings, natural light throughout, wonderful yard, privacy, and the beautiful mountain view. You will want to return to this peaceful retreat again and again. Kitchen has center island, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, fully furnished with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Kitchen opens to dining area with large, expandable wood table and sliders to deck. Living room has cathedral ceilings, sliders to deck, 2 large comfortable couches, and woodstove for warmth and ambiance. Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king sleigh bed, private deck, folding doors with stained glass insets that open to loft overlooking the living room, walk in closet, and TV in the armoire.

Location: Waterville Valley Area < New Hampshire < USA

Year-round activities include downhill and cross-country skiing, skating, hiking, swimming in pristine mountain lakes, golf, canoeing, rafting, biking, outlet shopping, sight-seeing, etc. Clarke's Trading Post, Boulder Caves, and The Whales Tale Waterpark are nearby. StoryLand, a very popular amusement park for kids, and outlet shopping are about an hour away. The house is about ten minutes from Waterville Valley, a resort town rated in the top ten vacation spots for families for its wonderful town square with great stores and restaurants, ski area, beach and pond with paddle boats, ice arena, activities, etc. It is also only 15-20 minutes from Loon, Cannon, and Tenney Mountain and an easy 2 hour drive from Boston and Central Mass.

The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, television and private deck. The first floor bedroom has a queen cedar log bed, private deck, and separate entrance to the full bathroom. All beds have new, high quality, comfortable mattresses. Bright finished basement is newly finished with a full bath, soft Berber carpet, and an entire wall of sliders that goes out to backyard. It is an excellent playroom for kids or 4th bedroom. Outside enormous deck off the living room and dining room has a gas grill, picnic table and Adirondack chairs, and scenic view of large yard and mountains. The house is situated on an extremely private, 6 acre property, enormous yard with large flat areas - great for kids' play year-round.
