Wonderful Family Accommodation!!!!

This past June our family decided to take our first real family vacation! We decided to pick Welfleet because I used to go there every summer as a little girl. We picked this house because of its amenities and closeness to many beaches as well as its ability to accommodate our little doggy! He loved to roam about the top deck while we would sit,eat and enjoy the cool early summer Cape Cod breeze. Its definitely different than any other place in the world! We went for some wonderful sight-seeing bike rides nearby the bird sanctuary and took some beautiful photographs of the sunset over the marsh surrounding Lieutenant island. Our kids had a blast too! We went to about 5 different beaches during our stay including two public beaches up in Truro which were surprisingly close! However, I must say I liked Sunken Meadow beach the best. Yes it was extremely small but the bay-side water was amazingly warm for June and it was the only beach where I could actually swim out into the ocean. Also, the currents weren't strong so I wasn't so worried about my kids getting pulled under like at the ocean side beaches. All and all, Serenity is absolutely the perfect name for this cottage because it is so quiet and serene. And the owners are so nice and helpful. I never had trouble getting ahold of them before or during our stay. Really great people! I would most definitely return next summer!!!! I can't wait!!!!
