THE PERFECT vacation experience. Walk to beaches, coffee, and dining. Bike and walk on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Cape League baseball is in full swing from mid June to the first week in August. Visit the playground. All of the above forementioned is Free. Dubbed the Nantucket of Cape Cod, Chatham has many wonderful art galleries, bistros, antique shops, nautical stops and candy shops. Watch the Chatham fishermen and fisherwomen unload their boats at the local fish pier. Visit the historical Chatham Lighthouse. And The Old Atwood House museum. There is both fresh water and salt water fishing along the shoreline. And a ferry to the Vineyard is 5 minutes away. Enjoy and relax!

Fantastic property in excellent location. A very quiet, safe area. Facilities in house were superb and had everything from washing machine / tumble dryer to lego and games for my children. We walked to the beach every day, the children used the outside shower afterwards and then we BBQ and ate on the deck or ate out. Lots of restaurants within a short driving distance. Todd and Laurie were extremely helpful and e-mailed me information before we arrived about what to do and see. Chatham was lovely and quaint, excellent shopping for more unusual presents. The location was perfect to use as a touring base to see the rest of the Cape.
