Beach Details: Our lovely beach is located on 44th St. The most important aspect of the 44th St Beach, is it's 'Life Guard protected.' Not all beaches in Ocean City are protected. The beach has the convenience of an ice cream man. Just walk up and buy your treats. If you need something, in the condo, you simply cross the street. On the 44th St. beach, you will find a nice family atmosphere, very family oriented. Come and enjoy this beautiful beach.

Boardwalk Details: The Ocean City Boardwalk is the reason families flock to Ocean City. On the boardwalk you will find many fun activities, for every member of the family. There are 2 amusement ride pavilions. The huge waterslide is great on a steamy day. If eating is your passion, you'll have hundreds of choices for dining...pizza, Italian meals, cheese steaks, seafood etc, etc... Our family's favorite activity is to bike ride on the boardwalk, in the morning, and eat breakfast at 'Browns', where you are served freshly made doughnuts.

Other Activity Details: What you'll enjoy about Ocean City, are the numerous choices of things to do and see. Atlantic City is about a 30 minute drive. There you will experience great dining, fabulous shows and of course ,casino gambling. A short drive away is Cape May, where you'll find the Cape May County Zoo, the Cape May Lighthouse, the Cape May Ferry, endless restaurants and shops, in a quaint, historical town setting. Of course, you need not travel to find things to do. Ocean City offers waterskiing, jet skiing, parasailing, tennis, golf, nature tours, restaurants, amusement rides, fishing, crabbing. All in a family setting, which is why people return every summer.
