Luxury Hilltop Rental Retreat with Rogue River Views - rents Month to Month

John has had some renters in the past that did alot of damage to this beautiful home which he has tried to rectify. John will probably need to replace some carpet due to renters allowing their dogs to urinate in the house. He and his property manager had the carpets cleaned & deordorized twice prior to our arrival. I believe that when you rent a home you should treat it with care and keep it clean. Some believe that when you pay a $250 cleaning fee they don't need to do anything.
We appreciate being allowed to have our mini schnauzer with us and take care that she does not do any damage. This home really is a "hilltop" home - there is no one higher than you are and the views are like none in the world. We took some pictures of sunsets we are enlarging to place in our home. The owner, John, is a very personable, kind man and is available if you can't get ahold of the property manager Glenda . Glenda was always "johnning on the spot" whenever I called. I would recommend this home to anyone who would like to stay in a luxury home with all the ammenities. The Rogue River Jet ride is something everyone should do. Five Star Fishing is something you may want to consider if you want to go deep sea fishing - my husband went twice and caught his limit each time. Two shops we enjoyed were Sweetbriers (she makes fantastic fudge) and the Myrtle wood store which has a variety of items made from the Myrtle tree which grows only in southwestern Oregon. We hope to come back some day to this lovely home.
