Beautiful recently constructed house with ample private parking. Only steps from the boardwalk and the very desirable Northend Beach. 1st floor wrap-around porch with private rooftop sunbathing and party deck with ocean views! This house was featured on the cover of Ocean City Magazine as the right way to build homes in Ocean City, NJ. The outside has the look and feel of the 'old-time' beach houses, while the inside was designed to accommodate 10 people comfortably without feeling crowded. This house has been designed for rentals with all ceramic tile flooring and counter tops - always looking new and clean! But still retains the comfortable feel of a private house with its upscale furnishings and decorations. Has new leather sofa & loveseat and two large Bronze statues complete the designer look and feel. Small gated & fenced in yard to help with containing small children while you rinse the sand off from the beach. Private outdoor shower is also avaiable. NO GROUPS UNDER 25

Exact location is 861 2nd St.(1st & 2nd levels) near the corner of 2nd and Corinthian. Built on an unusally large lot (40 X 100) for the neighborhood. The rooms are much larger than most you will find. You will find my home design to be very elegant. New leather furniture, stained glass windows and lights, and two bronze statues help complete the look. Bike rentals, wave runner, deep sea fishing, sailing, para sailing, surfing, wind surfing, 15 minutes from major malls, Atlantic City Casino and the A.C. outlets and the Atlantic City airport. 5 minutes from the bay. Hundreds of fantastic restaurants,3 mile boardwalk with amusement rides and endless things to do and explore within a 5 minute walk.Ocean City is one of the top ten family resort cities in the country.There are always many varied weekly activities. Many fantastic golf courses near by.

Ocean City is a dry town, although you are only minutes from restaurants and clubs that serve and sell alcohol.

This house has a great location just over a block from the boardwalk at the quiet end, easy to find a spot on the beach. This house is immaculate and feels like home away from home with elaborate lighting, a huge kitchen and island, garage with automatic opener, outdoor enclosed shower, a huge front porch that we miss already! The owner went above and beyond to find a replacement rollaway when we discovered the previous guests had damaged the included one. She called 12 locations before she found one that could deliver immediately. Extremely prompt with the security deposit return - I got it in the mail 4 days after we got back!

We just Booked for Next Year!!!

The house was even more beautiful than the pictures! The location was ideal to the boardwalk but far enough away to provide the ultimate in relaxation for our family. We were 6 adults and 4 children and we never felt cramped in this wonderful beach house. The house was immaculate when we arrived and the owner, Dawn, was fantastic!!! No request was too large and she was always available. We loved that Brown's was literally right up the block with the most delicious warm doughnuts to go with our early morning coffee. We have just booked a "girlie getaway" weekend for October and have again booked a week for next summer...we can't wait! Thanks again Dawn for all your help, you are such an awesome person and we love your beautiful home!

The house was beautiful, tastefully decorated and ideally located. We were very close to the boardwalk and the gate on the front porch was perfect for my toddler.
