Located on beautiful Grace Bay Beach, Providenciales in the Turks & Caicos Islands, this Caribbean retreat is found southeast of the Bahamas and is just 75 minutes from Miami International Airport.
OUR BEACHFRONT GRAND SUITE features up to nearly 3000 square feet and offers 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms! This suite consists of a 2 Bedroom Grand Ocean Suite with an internal connecting door to a 1 Bedroom Ocean suite, offering central air conditioning, tropical ceiling fans and a very large furnished double wide patio. Large sliding glass doors allow this unit to open up completely bringing the outside in and the inside out. If you have these windows open and the entrance door to the condo, you will enjoy the most refreshing tropical cross breeze to die for.
This extremely expansive layout is situated on the ground floor where you can walk right out to the pool from the condo’s beachfront patios, continue on to “Somewhere Beach Café”, down the short boardwalk to TCI’s powdery white sand and step into the crystal clear waters where you will find yourself a coral reef for snorkeling, SCUBA diving or SNUBA adventures.
With 2 fully equipped kitchens with breakfast counters where you can intake the tantalizing rich turquoise colors of the Caribbean, these are perfect places to prepare meals should you wish to eat in. A large dining room and two beautifully furnished living rooms (with 2 sofa beds) and 2 separate powder rooms are great for lounging and visiting with company. This suite is a fabulous find for extended friends or family groups, for special occasions or just because! Each of the three bedrooms has king size beds, en-suite bathrooms with shower, vanity, hair dryer, pool and beach towels. Cable TV, DVD, VCR, CD, safes in each bedroom and in-suite washer and dryer is also included.
The lanai has a wonderful cocktail height table with four very comfortable, cushioned chairs. Two more lounge chairs are included, plus a second lanai with a table to seat four is in another section should some want more privacy. The large lanai is a perfect spot for your morning coffee, a lunch break at mid-day, for your relaxation after a day in the sun, for a casual dinner in, and for watching the sun set while listening to the weekly entertainment from the beach café.
The sun shines 350 days a year and the average temperature is 83 degrees Fahrenheit. The cool, easterly trade winds are nearly constant and the sea is generally warm and great for lolling in. Summers are hot, but along with the lovely sea breezes, the brilliant, turquoise waters keep you cool and refreshed.
