Charming year-round home with 16 x 16 cedar deck. Sleeps 8-9. Just around corner from restaurants and shops. Updated 19th century New Englander offers bright, spacious living area, 2 bedrooms with queen beds (1 first floor, 1 in loft with partial ocean view), 2 with double beds on second level as well as narrow sofa in library area suitable for young child. Eat-in, well-equipped kitchen. Basement washer and dryer. Down comforters and light blankets, pillows, kitchen linens supplied; bring your own sheets and towels or arrange with owner for their provision. Tote blanket or beach chairs down to sandy beach or to evening concerts at Short Sands gazebo or pavilion. Off-street parking for several vehicles.
