This gorgeous 5000 sq ft home in an upscale neighborhood at the top of Pt. Loma has a panoramic view of the city, bay, Coronado Bridge and Laguna Mountains. This extraordinary view is visible from the living room, dining room, den, kitchen, family room and master bedroom. In addition, the family room, dining room and kitchen all open onto a spacious deck - a perfect place to barbecue, lounge and watch boats sailing on the bay. This arrangement nicely facilitates large-group entertaining, making it a wonderful setting for family reunions, vacations, birthday and anniversary celebrations, wedding parties - you name it. Sleeps 14-16. This property is well-equipped. The kitchen has a new Jenn-Air range, two new microwaves, dishwasher, pantry and all the small appliances you have at home: mixer, electric can opener, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender, etc., and basic staples. This home is close to the airport, downtown, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and the beaches. Qualcom Stadium and Petco Park - home to the Chargers and Padres - are nearby. The Sports Arena, just down the hill on the Point, hosts the San Diego Gulls, San Diego Soccers, concerts, and a large Saturday flea market. Point Loma is a quiet area in San Diego close to the yacht clubs and deep-sea fishing marinas on its bay side. On the ocean side, you can walk along beautiful Sunset Cliffs and watch the sun set over the Pacific. Or go shopping in the many antique shops in Ocean Beach. The famous Point Loma Lighthouse and Cabrillo Monument, must-see sites, are a short drive from this beautiful home. Shopping centers, Pacific Beach, Mission Bay, and Seaport Village are close by. The San Diego Convention Center, Gaslamp Area, and Horton Plaza are but minutes away.

    Low Season: After Labor Day and before Memorial Day excluding Christmas, New Years, Easter
    $650.00/night (4 night minimum)

    $725/night for weddings, receptions, etc. (5 night minimum- price and # of days negotiable)

    10.5% City tax and $750.00 Refundable damage/ cleaning deposit is added to rate

Great place

We were there for a family get together with a group of 16 with toddlers. The house was pretty big, clean and was very well equipped. The family room was nice and comfortable for us to spend time talking. We went to Sea World and spent time on the beach which is about 2 miles from the house. We would surely recommend this place.

great family spot

Beautiful property, very nice but not too fancy for 2 families with teenagers. Not many towels for such a big group, a few other housekeeping items weren't on hand. The location is perfect for vacationers not looking for the party scene, most definitely a family neighborhood. The outdoor grill hadn't been cleaned so we opted not to try it. Easy access to the beach, Sea World, and Balboa Park. Bakeries, restaurants, Peets coffee are close by. We would stay here again.

We were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday with a large group of friends and family. The house was perfect for our group, large enough for everyone. The home was located close to everything we were doing. I

We had a problem with the internet the first night and called the owner. She was quick to respond.

The veiw at night is wonderful.
