Beautifully decorated, meticulously maintained condo in ocean front building. Walk about 150 feet to miles of sandy beach and ocean. Newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen including washer and dryer. Living room with entertainment center, queen size sofa bed and recliner chairs. Elegant dining room includes parquet floor and dramatic mirrors. Bedrooms include a California King Bed and private bath in each. Enjoy lanai balcony with peaceful view of forest/garden. Walk or elevator downstairs to large 'L' shaped pool surrounded by decking, chairs, tables with umbrellas and manicured lawns; continue through gated boardwalk to beach. Cross street to Coligney Plaza where you can walk to 70 shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Rent beach equipment, bikes, grab lunch or sit at the outdoor Tiki Bar next door. Nearby are renowned golf courses. Its the perfect vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo--so much so that we have booked again for 2009! The place was clean and decorated beautifully! The descriptions were accurate! What a great location---close to the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. We walked to many places! There is so much to do in Hilton Head and the other nearby cities, such as Savannah! Definitely something for everyone here! Thank you for a really nice vacation.

Nicest Condo Ever!

What a wonderful home! Spacious and stocked with everything you could ever need from kitchen utensils to games and music CDs. The unit was immaculate and very, very comfortable and "homey". Although the weather over Christmas was not as warm as we would have preferred, it was still fun to walk the beach - which is only steps away from the condo. We shopped, enjoyed the beach and each other's company and travelled to Savannah for a day trip. It was a wonderful vacation.

The owner's were exceptionally accommodating, and helped to make our rental possible at the very last moment. They also called to make sure that everything was okay, and to see if we had any questions or needed any recommendations about sights, restaurants, etc.

After 20 years of renting of beachfront condos in Florida, this unit was by far the nicest we have ever rented because it was so well stocked and comfortable. The furniture, linens, beds and furnishings are not the usual "tourist rental" variety, but are rather deluxe and plush. We really appreciated all of the little extras!

We were also grateful for the cleanliness of this unit as our son likes to sit and play on the floor. The step-in shower is a bonus for anyone travelling with a senior or anyone with limited mobility. We were very,
very pleased!

Our stay at this Ocean One Condo was perfect. The condo was very spacious and allowed ample privacy for a family of 4 with 13 and 19 yrs old boys. The property was very clean, spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Our transactions with the owner were flawless and we already recommended this condo to our family members and friends. The property was beautiful and the pool was very clean and very well maintained. The beach was just steps away…Perfect.

Great place to stay.

This condo was wonderful. It was clean, beautiful, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The location was great as well. Our family of five loved our evening walks on the beach and a couple of times we walked to nearby Coligny Plaza via the beach to get ice cream. The owner was very pleasant and responded to all of our inquiries promptly. The condo was close to many attractions such as the Salty Dog Cafe in South Beach as well as Harbor Town. We also enjoyed a Dolphin Cruise at a near by marina with just our family which was so much fun. We have stayed in Myrtle Beach the last two years but now that we have been to Hilton Head Island, I think we have found our new vacation destination. The ocean was warm, the pool was warm and the weather was great. We would highly recommend staying here.
