Description of the Hemlock Lake vacation house rental
Chalet style, one story, fully furnished, secluded home on quiet cul-de-sac. Located in Hemlock Farms, a premier gated private recreational community which has 4 lakes with beaches, 3 pools (2 outdoor, 1 indoor ). House is located in a wooded spot, with a large deck. The Inside is fully air conditioned with a modern kitchen, a great room, 3 bedrooms, sunroom with day bed. Sleeps 10. 4 TVs with HBO, VCRs. Ceiling fans in every room, a woodstove in the living area. Pools and lakes are nearby. Indoor pool has jacuzzi (1), kiddie pool, sauna, steam room and fitness center. Clubhouse has organized activities, arts and crafts and recreational trips for children and adults. Preteen and teen centers evenings. All Included. Hemlock Farms is located in the Poconos -1 mile from Rte 84 -Lords Valley, Dingman's Ferry exit. This is the third exit into PA from New York. Easily accessible from New York, New Jersey and PA.
Location
On grounds Amenities - all inclusive - all activities mentioned above: 3 pools, 4 beaches, 4 lakes for swimming fishing and boating, clubhouse, jacuzzi. Fitness center with exercise classes - also tennis and basketball courts, baseball field. Winter sports: Ice skating and cross country skiing. Library, synagogue and churches. Some programs offered for a fee - kids camp, swimming and tennis lessons.
Nearby: Close to Lake Wallenpaupak, Delaware River, Delaware Water Gap, many state recreational areas,
Bushkill Falls, skiing, great shopping at outlet malls and local antique and country stores. Movie theaters and grocery shopping. Many good restaurants.
Within 1/2 hour drive: Montage Mountain Concert Arena, Mountain Laurel Center for the Arts, CamelBack Mountain Water Park and ski area resorts with nightclub entertainment, Quiet Valley Historic Farm, Pocono Downs racing.
