Beautiful studio condominium located just 500 feet from the white sands of Bonita Beach. Completely renovated unit; new kitchen, appliances, bath with walk-in shower, and all new furniture and electronics. This place is nice! The Beach and Tennis Club has two heated pools, a spa and a hair salon on site. Enjoy ten Har-Tru clay tennis courts (pay to play; lessons available). A full-service restaurant is in Bldg. one, or walk across the street to Doc's Beach Bar for great food and recreation. The facility is located within a 30 minute drive south of Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) and approximately two hours from Tampa/St. Pete or Ft. Lauderdale airports.

Boat rentals, fishing charters, and recreation all around including nine excellent public golf courses are in the immediate area! Other area attractions: Lover's Key State Park (just 3 miles away), Barefoot Beach Preserve, Lovers Key/Carl Johnson State Park, Delnor-Wiggins Pass recreational area, Koreshan State historical site, Cocohatchee River Park, Naples Pier, Fort Myers Beach & Pier, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, and Caribbean Gardens.
