Modern two-story townhouse, three minute walk to Long Sands Beach, by the bathhouse. Located on a low traffic dead-end street. Master bedroom with a king-size bed, guest bedroom with two twin beds, two full size futons in living room. One and a half baths includes washer/ dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cable TV/VCR/DVD, extended sports and cartoon channels, A/C, outdoor grill, picnic table, and parking for two cars per unit. Wi-Fi High speed internet.

Nearest Airport: Manchester, NH at 30 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 0.1 Miles
Most activities (restaurants, beach, arcades, surfing) are within walking distance. Short sands, Nubble light, Brown's ice cream shop are a short drive or if you want to stretch your legs you could walk to all. Short Sands includes restaurants, theatre, arcade, York Wild Kingdom amusement park and a gazebo in Ellis Park for a weekly concert. If you are really ambitious you can canoe along the York River, go fishing on a party boat, play golf, basketball or miniature golf. All are a short drive away. Also, a short drive away is Kittery, Ogunquit, Wells, Kennebunkport and Portsmouth N.H. Lots of antique shops and restaurants along Route 1. Ogunquit has a playhouse and Kittery has the outlet shops.
