Beautiful new six bedroom home at Oak Island Cove at Formosa Gardens Estates the closest you can get to Disney. Our home has full air conditioning with a private heat-able south facing pool and jacuzzi surrounded by palm trees, hibiscus and other exotic plants. There is ample pool furniture and outside hot and cold shower together with an outside private paved area with privacy screen for BBQ and sunbathing. In the house we have a formal living room with 60 inch home theatre TV with DVD. A formal dining room and another dining area at the nook and a breakfast bar with bar stools. We have a family room with a plasma TV and comfortable sofas. The kitchen features all modern amenities including microwave, dishwasher garbage disposal, full size cooker etc. To the left of the family room we have a king master with four poster bed,with TV/DVD with a huge en suite having a shower stall, corner bath, twin vanity units and WC. This bathroom has direct access to the poolside

Also on the ground floor we have a twin themed room and another twin room with TV which share another full bathroom. Upstairs we have two queen masters with full ensuites and another twin bedded room. Both queens have ceiling fans and TV's. There is a utility room with large washer and dryer together with iron and ironing board. The games room has a full size slate bed pool table, air hockey, board games and TV with x box. For our younger guests we have two cribs, a high chair, safety gate and small stroller with some toys. All pool access doors have pool alarms. The home has electronic door locks so no going looking for keys and we also have monitored burglar alarms. all bedrooms now have tv and most with dvd/vcr,in September 05 we will have new sofas and plasma tv in family room plus new queen bedroom furniture in upstairs front queen. In January 06 we will have computer with internet access.Our home was decorated inside and outside in April 07

Great Home Rental In Kissimmee

This was my family's first trip to DisneyWorld. We shared this home with another family (total of four adults and seven kids), which made it very economical, especially since we were able to enjoy many meals at home. The house was great (plenty of room for everyone with some kids happily sharing rooms decorated in Disney themes, great pool, great kitchen, find washer/dryer, cool game room, etc.), the location was minutes from the parks and other attractions, shopping, grocery store, restaurants, etc., and the local support team (Dee's Vacation Homes/Cyberrentals/HomeAway) was great (we has a small problem with a smoke detector, and they worked diligently to get that solved - succesfully!). We plan to return again in about three years, probably working through the same folks, and maybe even the exact same house.

Butterfly Crossing was a great experience

We were first impressed at how close this villa is to Disney World! We could pull out of the driveway and be on Disney propety in 5 minutes. The home had everything we needed and more. We brought 9 people and fit very comfortably. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and we utilized the gameroom and pool/ hot tub often. There were plenty of stores close by like a Winn Dixie grocery store, a Super Target, and a 7-11, which made life easy. Lots of restaurants nearby also, but we prefer to cook at the villa. A corner lot made the pool more private. The managment company responded quickly when we needed help and the ice cream man drove by every day! Thanks to Eric and his family for sharing his villa with us and when we return to Orlando, which we always do, we will be checking out the avalability of Butterfly Crossing!
