Welcome! Our luxury rental home is located on a quiet, dead-end cul-de-sac, away from the busy traffic found on the main thoroughfares of Marco Island. We are only 2 miles from the beach, even closer to the markets, shops, and restaurants, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the peace and quiet we get from this great location. You can get out to the beach, shop-until-you-drop, play golf, go fishing, hit the best eateries around, and when you get back to our home, you can relax in our lanai or go for a swim in our private heated pool. Our home is ideal for families or for couples who like to travel together.

    Off-season 2009 starts April 18, 2009, and ends December 18, 2009.

    Peak-season weekly rentals are from 3:00PM Saturday to 10:00AM Saturday.
    We are flexible with off-season rental dates.

    There are no cleaning fees; there are no premiums for holiday weeks; there is no additional charge for using the pool heater; there is no required gratuity.

    There is a refundable damage deposit ($500.00) which will be returned within 2 weeks. There is a non-refundable registration fee ($50.00). 10% state taxes are applicable to the rental rate and fee.

    A 15% deposit confirms your reservation with the balance due 60 days before your vacation begins.

Our outdoor shower is located just outside the screened lanai, convenient for rinsing off after returning from Marco's beautiful beaches.

Our Pool and Lanai: You can access our screened-in lanai and private pool from the master bedroom, the great room and the leisure room via retracting sliding doors. The back of our home faces south, so the pool sits in the sun all day long. There is an assortment of noodles, loungers, and other pool toys available. If you have small children with you, there is a built-in pool alarm system available for your use as well as small personal floatation devices for them to wear. The lanai has recessed lighting, ceiling fans and stereo. It's furnished with sling-style swivel rockers, game chairs and loungers, along with two glass-top tables and a Weber gas grill. The lanai is a great place to relax.

Our Boat Dock and Lift: We have a boat dock and lift in the waterway out back. Bring your boat with you if you like, or just sit on the dock and drop a line. You'll find chairs, bait buckets, and fishing tackle in the garage. You'll be amazed at what you can catch in the waterway!

Miscellaneous Information: We will mail to you a free CD photo album containing all the pictures and all the details of our home. Send a mailing address with your email inquiry and we will send you the CD which you can keep. We provide a Personal Computer with high speed internet access in a home-office setting for your use. You will be offered the option to purchase vacation rental insurance at the time you book your vacation with us.

This is a great house that feels like a home. It's well presented and maintained, the furnishinings are good quality, the rooms are good, and the photo's are representative.
It also has the advantage of being in a cul-de-sac so there is no road noise.

This rental property is pristine. The pool is lovely and so is the furniture and bedding. I would definitely recommend this rental to a family member or friend. The sheets and towels are all top quality. The computer use while renting was a real perk. Thank you so much for a great rental!

Stunning...absoutely stunning! You won't want to leave, and when you do, you'll want to go back...very soon! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I know that my family and I will make many return trips to this great house and beautiful island.

This home is a wonderful vacation retreat. It is located in a tranquil and scenic neighborhood. The views, furnishings and amenities - especially the pool and lanai - are a real treat. The home is airy and bright. The location provides easy access to Marco's beautiful beaches and many shopping and dining destinations. It's a great area for walking and biking. I had a delightful visit; I'm sure you will too!
