Enjoy this cozy cottage with a water view and a fireplace. Relax on the screened-in front porch to see the sun set while geese and ducks land on the Hammock River. Sunbathe on the back deck and then enjoy the 3 season hot tub. The small backyard has plenty of privacy and shady spots too. Because this small community is on a peninsula, you can walk to one of two beaches. The first is sandy and has picnic table and a boat launch, the second is more natural and connects with the expansive town beach. This is a quiet family get away. The cottage has three bedrooms, new TV, stove and microwave. There is a washer and dryer in basement. There are two single beds, one trundle bed, a queen and a sleep sofa. The neighbors live there year-round and are very nice. Be part of the Harbor View vacationers by renting this cottage at 24 Kelsey Drive.

Less than two hours from NYC. A great family place with streets quiet enough to walk, run or bike on. Swim, walk in the extensive shallows, fish, take your canoe or kayak out for a paddle. Just the place for people who like to read a good book! The Beach Association sponsors an annual picnic and the town has shows and community events. Don't miss the Bluefish festival. We are 20 minutes from the Ivoryton Playhouse, 40 minutes from the Goodspeed Opera House, 30 minutes from downtown New Haven home of the Yale Repertory Theater and the birthplace of the hamburger! Visit New London and see the Nautilus submarine or go to Mystic Seaport or the casinos!

  • Winter rates November to March: $475 per week, $230 per weekend. Spring (April-June) rates:$560 per week, $250 per weekend. June2-June 30: $900 per week. June 30-September : $1,200. September-October = $700 per week and $250 per weekend. Discount of $50 for two week rental and $100 for four week rental.
  • *Thanksgiving and Christmas rentals available. Rates vary according to length of stay. ( example: $750- 10 day stay)
    Weekends during the summer may be available for $300. Fee for supplying linens=$25. Fee for money transfer= $17.
    Security Deposit may be required for first time renters.

My wife and I flew in from Florida and very pleased with the cottage.owners had clean linens which we did not have to pack.overall we would like to come backin 2009,same time of the year for 3 weeks.thank you for listing the cottage on the web.
