Beautiful, sunny, 5 bedroom, 4 bath condo, great for extended families, or two families vacationing together. This condo is in a pretty wooded setting, right outside of North Conway Village. The spot is perfect for a summer getaway. It has 2 decks, a gas grill, air-conditioning, with a pool and tennis court right on the grounds. Our unit is a three-level townhouse. The upper level has a large master suite with cathedral ceilings and a full bath, and 2 additional bedrooms, with another full bath. The main level has a roomy kitchen, sunken living room (w 42'plasma TV) and a dining room, with a glass ceiling and seating for 8-10. Both the dining and living rooms have sliders that open to decks, with a patio set for outside dining. There is also a large ski room, for getting ready and storing equipment. The lower level has 2 more bedrooms plus a family room, with wood stove, TV, air hockey, and a brand new pool table . This floor also has another full bathroom and a large laundry room.

The condo is about 3 miles from Storyland, 3 miles from the world famous North Conway shopping outlets and 9 miles from the Attitash water park and alpine slide. It is within walking distance to Cranmore Mountain and its tennis and fitness facilities. On the Cranmore Woods grounds, is a pool, basketball court and tennis court.

Great Stay in North Conway

We stayed here for a week with our grankids, 10 of us in all. The condo is beautiful and well appointed, furnishings and beds are very new. Multiple televisions in living spaces and bedrooms. The three bedrooms are air conditioned and fans are there for the main living area.
The kitchen has everything imaginable and the huge dining room table accomodated us all for meals.
Well situated about a mile from downtown, a good walk for those so inclined. North Conway has wonderful restaurants and shops and the outlet mall is only five minutes from the condo.
Story Land is 15 minutes away as is Jackson another great place for dining. Close to the Saco River for canoeing or Kayaking. Just a few minutes to Cathedral and White Horse Ledges and Echo Lake Park for swimming.
Restaurant suggestions- Red Fox, Lobster Trap, Red Parka, Horsefeathers for our large crowd were all great.
Mt. Cranmore is next door for the skiers and boarders. There is no better Cross Country skiiing than in Jackson.
Lori the condo owner is a pleasure to work with and is very committed to providing you with a great stay.
We would rent here again.

Great house for two families

My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this home. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cooking needs. The house has a very lived in feeling with an open floor plan and we loved hanging out in the living room with the fireplace. We explored the woods on our snow shoes and felt close to everything. Great game room in finished basement.

Suggestions:

***needs a new fridge since the door wouldn't close
***noise from the heat coming on in the non-master bedrooms was a little annoying

Otherwise, would certainly rent again.
