A Cape built in 2001 in a quiet, private neighborhood. Open living room with vaulted ceilings and fireplace. French doors open to a screened porch off the dining and kitchen area. 2 bedrooms are on the 1st floor, another bedroom, and a loft area are on the 2nd floor. The property has a view of Blackfish Creek from the yard, gardens, and is close to the bike trail. It is a short drive or bike ride to the ocean beaches, about 10 minutes to Wellfleet Center, and convenient to more than a half-dozen of Wellfleet's beautiful freshwater ponds.
